These polices and procedures will be particularly important in defending claims against the business as Courts, Tribunals, and the Fair Work Commission may look to the polices and procedures that were in place at the time.  This will include defending claims in relation to unfair dismissals, general protections, public liability, work health and safety, discrimination, bullying and harassment.
